The programs, courses, and materials offered by Prosperity University are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or professional coaching with a licensed practitioner. Participants are encouraged to seek professional advice for any specific concerns or conditions.

By enrolling in Prosperity University, you acknowledge that your success and transformation depend on your own commitment, consistency, and engagement with the materials provided. You are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions throughout the program.

4. No Guarantees

While Prosperity University provides tools, techniques, and guidance to support your growth, we do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, engagement, and alignment with the practices taught.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audios, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Professor Carney Anne Nasser and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any materials without prior written consent.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

• Free Access for HBCU Students: Prosperity University offers free access to its programs for all students at Dillard University and undergraduate and graduate students at other Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in the United States.

• Paid Subscriptions: For non-HBCU participants, paid subscriptions may be required for access to certain programs or additional content. Pricing and payment details will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.

• Refunds: Refunds are not available once access to course materials has been granted. If you encounter technical issues, please contact us for assistance at theprosperityuniversity@gmail.com.

7. Program Modifications and Updates

Prosperity University reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any program, course, or service at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Prosperity University and its affiliates, instructors, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our materials. By enrolling, you agree to release Prosperity University and Professor Carney Anne Nasser from any claims or liabilities related to your participation.
